Intel/Microsoft USB power bug in Duo Core - 9400 shipping?

Hi.

I'm in the middle of ordering a 9400 notebook with the new Duo Core
processor. However, I read some troubling stories this morning,
including this one:

Does anyone have more info? Anyone have a 9400 yet? Is Dell shipping
these or are they going to hold them until Microsoft and Intel fix the
problem?

I am not surprised by anything these days, but I am surprised that the
problem has been around since July without a fix. If it was me I might
hold off a few weeks. maybe now that it has gone public a fix will be
out shortly.
