How do i unlock it..there's got to be some way?

it's not the motherboard that's 'locked' - it's the processor.

I hope everyone here knows what i'm talking about..

I need to find a way to alter the FSB on my DELL 8300 motherboard...any
ideas????

The only way to speed things up with a Dell, is to put in a faster
cpu.(up to the boards limit) I tried all sorts of software FSB
programs with several Dell's without success. They just DON'T want you
to tinker!
