Default IF you get stuck on ebyer phoen queue

I heard this one on the radio, and it was validated by a couple of
people who phoned in:

If you are in a phone queue some systems [1] alow you to jump
to the head of the queue by pressing # twice. Its supposed to be some
configurable option on certain brands and is usually left enabled.

The local radio station does a trade secrets phone in, this time it
was a phone engineer who called this one in.

Could be interesting if ebuyer have the same system.

[1] Apparently works on Grattans phones.

Last time I phoned them about 18 months ago, I distinctly remember they used
an Inter-tel phone system. I'm pretty sure the "Press # Twice" trick was
used on older PBX's, but I could be wrong.

Thanks
