Default advice please for which cam to choose!

Hi all, I am wheelchaired and would like a webcam that is wireless, so I can
position it to see who's at the door and then also to be able to use it to
'chat' when at my p.c.
The more choices I find the more confusing, especially some of the horror
set-up stories while reading reviews - so, the simpler the better!

I'm UK based and on w2k with zoom wireless router
Thanks in anticipation

I don't have this cam but something like this would probably be about what
you want...
http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=351 you'll probably need to
put on your thinking cap about weather proof, temperatures and humidity.

I have the same basic cam, in an older version, with one way audio that I
use in my disabled dad's home to mostly listen for the Help, I've fallen and
can't get up' which means he;s fallen and bloody usually ..... I have
heard and have needed to respond to those. Amazing on how well sound
picks up and is heard through-out the home,,, it works! Wish mine did have
two way audio, but then again - he might abuse that with his typical, I need
it right now requests.
