This one is on sale for $13. I bought one and my HP LJ 4050 works fine with
it. I'm sure one can be bought in your country. It comes with a diskette with Win98 & Me drivers. XP provides its own drivers. http://www.callcct.com/cgi-bin/cart/...te=detail.html "We Live For The One We Die For The One" wrote in message ... Make sure these things support a scanner.
I keep seeing "use this converter for your printer in order to free up the parralell port for your scanner" mentioned. another source in UK: https://www.microwarehouse.co.uk/pro...px?sku=dad1563 "Guido" wrote in message ... Before you try, be sure to check with the manufacturer to make sure it will work with scanners as well as printers. JT |
