nfs troubleshooting
Hi,
Could You please help me to solve a little NFS problem: -a cut of Solaris /var/adm/messages : Dec 13 04:42:42 server_a nfs: [ID 174370 kern.notice] NFS write error on host server_b: No space left on device. Dec 13 04:42:42 server_a nfs: [ID 942943 kern.notice] File: userid=17004, groupid=204 Dec 13 04:42:42 server_a nfs: [ID 983240 kern.notice] User: userid=0, groupid=0 Dec 13 04:42:42 server_a nfs: [ID 702911 kern.notice] (file handle: 345d901 1973283b 20000000 3f6af1 9e3d60f 6ae07bb 944fca00 be6b2200) invoking df -k |grep server_b from server_a% do not result any filesystem is 100% full. There are about 40 mounted resources, and my question is: How to determine, basing on /var/adm/messages info ( File userid, file groupid, filehandler), which filesystem the problem is regarding to or writing to which file caused generating of these kernel.notices? thanks |
