SVP - not as good any more?

I've always been happy with SVP (blankdiskshop, 121cdr etc etc) in the past
and have always recommended them. However, my last three orders with them
have taken ages to arrive and emails to Customer Service haven't exactly
been answered in a timely manner.

Anyone else think they've lost a bit of the edge they once held?

Anyone able to recommend an alternative?

You are not the only one to have noticed. I use ebuyer (themselves not
perfect) but tend to order discs when I need other stuff...

If possible dont use their courier service, that often takes 3 days, go for
the recorded delivery or other post office type options, my recorded
delivery items always arrive the next day if you order before about lunch
time )

Thats more to do with the media on the market at the moment rather then
SVP.
