Default Windows 'XP Home Full retail, cheapest price?

Hi,
Trying to find a cheap MS XP Home Full Retail Version, any suggestions?
Also. I'm I still right in thinking that you can transfer this licence to an
other machine, eg. unlike the OEM version. With the all the legal crap
coming out of MS of late, I thought I better ask....... :-)

Get a legit copy of Win98 and buy the upgrade, works out cheaper.

I believe the licencing restrictions are the same OEM/Upgrade/Full
