Default Asus A7N8X Deluxe Front Panel Problem

I need some sort of converter to connect case front panel firewire port
to the board.

Board: Asus A7N8X Deluxe
Case: Coolermaster Centurion

Asus pinout on the board for IEEE1394:
One row of eight:
12345678

Whe
1=Ground
2=Ground
3=TPA+
4=TPA-
5=TPB+
6=TPB-
7=Ground
8=+12V

With the Coolermaster case, there is a lead for connection to board and
front panel firewire. It's not my setup, so I can't look at the cable, so
this is according to their website.

The end of the cable that goes to the front panel doesn't really matter
at it's matched to the front port. The end that is supposed to go to the
motherboard is arranged in two rows of five:
13579
2468A

Whe
1=TPA+
2=TPA-
3=Ground
4=Ground
5=TPB+
6=TPB-
7=+12V
8=+12V
9=Key
A=NC

So what is needed is a converter from the mainboard pins

12345678

to the plug

13579
2468A

I don't have the time (or indeed the inclination as it's not mine!) to
try to botch something up myself.

I can't just repin it like I've done with USB headers (and occasionally
the pins for power/reset buttons etc) because there isn't a 1x8 header
for the motherboard, just the 2x5 on the lead from the front of the case.

Can anyone help at all?

TIA.

I can't guarantee that the pins from the case will fit in one
of these, this company or probably several large online
electronics companies, have replacement plastic shrouds for
the pins. There is a 1x8 on this page:
