Default ESP audio interface...hear of it?

Have you heard of the ESP 1010 audio interface?. Its very similar in
function to Layla3G with 2 mic pre's and 6 balannced TRS inputs, 8 outputs,
rack mount and PCI interface but no auto sensing mic/TRS input and no well
recognized name I guess.

It can be had for $319 new w/warranty vs $414 for Layla. The web site is
below. I also cant tell if it uses WDM and ASIO drivers.

Any insight into this one?
