Default New computer in time for Xmas?

Anyone feel like saving Xmas for me?

I've had the basic pcnextday base unit lined up for the inlaws but held
off to give them a decent amount of collect and return after Xmas.
Sods law, pcnextday now list it as out of stock and won't be restocking
until after Xmas .

Has anyone seen something similarly basic and cheap? The pcnextday was
a 3Ghz Celeron with XP Home for ~£230 delivered.

http://www.pcnextday.co.uk/products/...Code=3361-1301

Thanks!

A bit cramped for spec, but OK for price. My 2/12 year old PC has better
spec, that should be a bit worrying. Many PC you can buy at the moment
offers a free Vista upgrade when available.

Exceedingly cramped, but they only use it for email and very old games
when the grandkids are there. I'm not certain what Pentium their
current one is (an old one of mine), but IIRC it's something like a
400Mhz.

I've found some possible substitutes. Does anyone have an opinion on
the following companies:

TechnoWorld
www.technoworld.com

PC Option
http://www.pcoption.co.uk

Also, YOYOtech and Gladiator Computers have basic systems (no OS, but
I've got a spare copy of Win 2k that'd do).
