I used to be in charge of buying these where I used to work, and I've found
that they seem to run hot, and are quite loud (IMO). It's also pretty
useless if you want to run Win98 or lower, and I had it confirmed that the
drivers will only work above Win98. I worked on one of these for about 6
months, and although there were no serious problems, it ran pretty slow
considering it was a 1.7GHz. I'd personally go for a better quality brand,
but all in all, they're not too bad.
