We would need to know the failure rate the enterprise
is experiencing, to know whether the cards are worth a penny.

Was the warehouse air-conditioned or not ?

There are always new coin-types being invented, so the
practice could go on a bit longer.

Do you notice that many motherboards are being boxed without seals?
While some boxes have a sticker that's so easy to peel off.

With these open packaging, it's hard to tell whether a box is new or
2nd-hand.

I think that is likely if you are running a rack of monster cards.
Unless they use immersion cooling, which means somebody had to pull
all the fans off those graphics cards.
