Geforce 5950 ultra crashing
My PC either reboots or hangs when the 3D element of my card is
needed(ie playing games or performing stress test) I have an ASROCK K7VT6-C motherboard with 512mb of DDR133 and a AMD 2400+ processor. I have tried several graphic drivers and I've updated the Bios on the motherboard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Maybe the memory timings on your chipset are too aggresive.

Geforce 5950 ultra crashing
did you start following the guidelines that are with CCleaner and
similar program? They remove all old driver info to give you a clean install. You should have returned your system to plain, vanilla VGA and run the cleaner which removes old driver from the installation and from the .CAB files.
