Default Card Recommendation

I need a recommendation for a new graphic card using a Nvidia chipset.

I'm not a gamer, but one who's built PC's for primarily typical home
uses, including multi-media. The card will be used with a wide-screen
LCD with a 1440x900 native resolution. I would prefer a card that
supports both VGA and DVI, although I would most likely use the DVI
connection - thus, DVI must support at least 1440x900.

Currently, I'm using an old Gainward GeForce 3 TI200 "Golden Sample"
128MB card, but it only supports VGA. I know one doesn't have to spend
very much money today to get DVI, especially for business, internet,
and typicaly multi-media apps - again no gaming whatsoever.

Any, and all, recommendations would be appreciated. I'm looking for a
good quality-built card that's pretty "fail safe" in operation - and,
one preferably with static cooling, i.e. only a heat sink and no fan.

Tnx,
Don

Default Card Recommendation

One item I forgot to mention. My older Intel P4 motherboard supports
AGP 4X. I know "most" AGP 8X cards will run at 4X, but I want to make
sure that the one I buy will run a 1.5V (4X).

Tnx agn,
Don
