Windows Update and ATI driver
Why not?

Is it advisable to install this or not. I have ATI 7500 Radeon card which I have never updated much as I have never had any troubles. I only use to Vid Capture and Editing. No gaming so what would a driver update do for me unless I am missing something. Not always, just Windows Update Video drivers have caused me trouble, Sound,
Mouse, Motherboard and CPU drivers have all worked flawlessly afterwards. The Video drivers worked flawlessly after they'd been installed, often dropping "features" such as OpenGL support. As a matter of pragmatic experience drivers downloaded from Windows Update seem to cause problems.

I've never had problems using the Windows Update driver updates for my AIW
