veritas cmd vxdisk does not return Disk signature?
Hi All,
I am not getting disk signature using vxdisk diskinfo disk name command. The environment consists of a 3 node cluster ( Windows 2003 servers, 2 active nodes and 1 passive node ) and has veritas storage foundation 4.2 and Powerpath installed on it. Has anyone noticed this issue? Any ideas why and under what conditions veritas vm fails to pick up the disk signature. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rajeev

are you trying to do it on shared lun on a passive node? i guess
