Default No parameter DisableDeleteNotify in my Vista 64 fsutil command

I changed the HDD with a 128 Corsair ssd in my Compaq CG60 laptop
equipped with original Windows Vista 32 (all updates applied) and I
tried to run the suggested comnmand for SSD drive:

fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0

but the parameter "DisableDeleteNotify" seems or better is unknown by
my Operating System.
I would ask you:
1) Why ?
2) What can I do?
3) Is it dangerous do not set the trim usinf this command?
Thanks in advance for any answer.
