(WW) NVIDIA(0): Option "TVStandart" is not used

I'm still getting troubles with my GeForce4 488 Go. The subj. is in my /var/log/XFree86.0.log. When I try to connect a TV to my Laptop the TVStandart is still keeping on NTSC. Am I doing something false ?
