Default So-called Epson help/ Not really working scanner.

I checked the Epson website, you can write them snail mail with your problem
or call them long distance and rack up charges.

I have a better idea. I am just returning the Epson 2400 to Office Depot
with the stuff thrown into the box Monday and ask for a refurnd. I will get
the refund, since I charged it. Then Epson and Office Depot can sort out who
takes the loss for the entire scanner cost. Will purchase a HP Scanner at a
place near work.

Kept my receipt.
