Need Advice in Purchasing a Laptop
Hi !! Friends,
I wanna purchase a laptops for my brother who is doing BCA. I have select 1. Compaq C 771 TU : 2GHz Celeron M550, 512 MB RAM, 80 GB, DVD Writer, WIFI etc 2. ACER Aspire 5315 : Celeron M550, 1GB RAM, 80 GB, DVD Writer, WIFI etc 3. Zenith Admirable : Core 2 Duo L 7300, 512 RAM, 100 GB, DVD Writer, WIFI etc Please suggest which is better in performance. How about the battery life of ACER Laptops? Regards AK

It was $480 less $30 mail-in rebate: 1.86GHz Core 2 Duo/2GB ram/160GB HD/Lightscribe dual-layer DVD/WiFi etc. The build quality seems amazing too.

Vista boots on this laptop in 15 seconds. The 2GB memory helps. I'm not saying it's super fast, just a lot of laptop for $450.
