Most likely you could find them at the website of the manufacturer of
whatever equipment the component is included in. i.e. if it is on a ASUS
computer motherboard then the ASUS website would be a good place to
start. If it is on an Adaptec accessory port card then the Adaptec
website would be a good place.

In a modern OS, they are built in. For an older OS,
perhaps you do need to contact the manufacturer of
the equipment or add-in card.

Built in on Windows2000 and XP. What OS are you running?
