I've seen the same x86 job descriptions at their employment webpage since the late 1990s. Their website mentions they made the headlines in 2002 (3 years ago) when Walmart sold PCs with their chips. Are they actively engineering x86 microprocessors?

Why would a company like VIA shop for help if they weren't?
