Default old mobo memory

i have a intel
D810e2cb mobo
and i want to add some memory
to it only has 128 mb right now
wanna put a 256 mb mem chip in
will a 133 ecc work in this
board as long as it runs at 3.3 v

The required memory specification for this board is he

Just about any company that makes memory will have a page that will list
which of their products will work with this motherboard. Here's
