Replacement for AGP board?

I recently bought a high end LCD and I'd like to upgrade my graphics board
to one with a DVI output. Since my current computer will probably be
retired next year, I don't want to invest very much money. My requirements
are : AGP board, DVI output, capable of good image quality, LOW NOISE! I'd
be grateful for any recommendations.

Any passively cooled GF6 or 7 will work just fine for your needs. You
didn't say if you need a gaming card, but here's a helluva deal:

Silent, fast and cheap. You won't get any better than this and even if
you don't need that much power it's still a good deal.
