Default TIME computers

Hey,

I don't know if anybody remembers but i posted a while back about getting
stung by Time computers when i thought they were supplying my new system
with a geforce 5800 ultra, and it came with a 5200 instead.

Well,

They've offered to replace the 5200 with a geforce 4 Ti 4200 128mb

I was thinking of accepting the offer. What do you think?

Steve

Well, the Ti4200 is certainly a faster card than the FX5200 & you don't
really need DX9 - but it isn't an FX5800 Ultra.
If you have anything in writing that says you were to get an FX5800 then
push for an equivalent.
If you have nothing in writing then it will be your word against theirs &
you might as well accept the Ti4200 for all the hassle you would be puttting
yourself too.
