Trying to restore my packard bell computer.

Someone told me I could ask for help that he knew
how to make a new disk. My problem is that I am trying to restore my
computer and I put a new cd-rom drive in it and I get an error message
saying, "Unable to determine CD-ROM drive". Could
help me!? Thanks.

well i got the file, and i did all you said to do. it seemed to work
fine till the point where it goes to the screen to let you reinstall
win 95, it never does and it makes a beep and then a black screen
comes up and nothing else happens. what to do now?????
