On 13 Nov 2003 11:55:42 -0800, (akabobo) had

this to say and I had to reply
to it:

::Someone told me I could ask XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for help that he knew
::how to make a new disk. My problem is that I am trying to restore my
::computer and I put a new cd-rom drive in it and I get an error message
::saying, "Unable to determine CD-ROM drive". Could XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
::help me!? Thanks.

It is bad form to publicly post a helpers email address. Thank god that

is not his real address.
I have placed an attention to Metronid in the subject line and he will

respond as soon as he can.
