Has anyone used one of these? Thermaltake Power express. 250W PS that fits
in a spare drive bay.SLI capable. I've seen them for $79.00.

Default Dedicated Video power supply

It probably works very well, though only systems with extraordinary power
demands (e.g. 7950 quad-SLI, X1900XT in Crossfire) will need it, at which
point it's cheaper to buy one of these than upgrade to a bigger main PSU.

Beside video cards, this aux PSU also make sense for systems with Peltier
blocks. It's easier to integrate into the chassis than one of those
industrial power supplies.
