Default Chill-tek suck

Do not use these people at www.chill-tek.com, over 2 weeks and counting so
far for one single item ordered for next day delivery - no sign of it on
Royal Mails Recorded Delivery track and trace (despite recorded not being a
next day service), after a week of hassling they said they'd send another
next day but no confirmation, no answer to emails, no answer to the phone,
nothing. They are quick to take the cash, but very slow to deliver or
refund.

Avoid like the plague, these guys make www.overclockers.co.uk look like
saints.

I have to admit, Tekheads on the other hand are superb - I had a query
regarding an order, it was answered within 5 minutes, take note other
companies - THAT is how to do business.

Doesn't explain why there's still no answer to email or phone. Finally got a
reply after threatening them with trading standards, they have said if the
product doesn't arrive tomorrow they'll give me a full refund and ship
another free of charge - this is good service if it happens, and if it does
expect a post here saying "Chill-tek rock" instead

Don't think so, not going by their website at least - either way, one man or
not, it doesn't give them an excuse to repeatedly ignore phone calls and
emails. It also seems uncanny that when Trading Standards are mentioned, a
reply is back within the hour.

I can imagine if they are swamped under they are simply trying to play
catch up, If the guy has been ill enough to be admitted to hospital
that quickly he is probably a little under the weather too.

I can image they are just trying to get through emails as quickly as
possible when ever they can. I expect the mention of trading standards
just got you pushed up the queue a little.

Well, the order arrived today, the funny thing is it was sent under the same
tracking number so it is obviously the original order as was meant to be
dispatched on the 3rd, yet the stamp label on the packet states 16th Feb -
looks like it got stuck in a corner and forgotten.
