Default Optiplex 9020

One of the front USB ports went awol last sunday and so did the machine
a few minutes later that did not want to boot anymore.

Called Dell on monday morning and on tuesday noon a technician came to
my place and changed the motherboard, booted the machine and found
the front I/O board out of service.

He called Dell and UPS delivered the part to me this morning and I am
writing from this computer now.

Next machine I buy will be from Dell again because of that service.

I live in France and do not work for Dell (nor for anybody else anymore).
