Hey I just got some very good news. Ebuyer have agreed to refund the unit that failed twice. I have now asked if they would refund the second unit as these 3Com Wireless routers run hot, and I suspect they could have a design fault. If they offer to refund the second faulty unit I have offered to but 2 Belkin wireless routers off them, and probably a bit more. And before anyone chips in, I'm grateful for what they have done, as they didn't have to, and I put the blame on 3Com for these failures. wrote: Customer Service Announcement - Update 23/03/2005 Great News! ebuyers eNote backlog of 10,000 eNotes has now been reduced to an amazing 250. In the very near future ebuyer will be answering eNotes almost instantly and providing you with excellent Customer Services you deserve. Once again we would like to thank you for your patience. Amazing what can be achieved by edit/select all, delete. Well whatever they've done, it works. About a week ago my RMA was completed in about 5 days, they short changed me ont eh refund, opened a note just after 7pm tonight, got a reply before 8pm saying they had applied the additional refund. Easy. -- - The email address used in this message *IS* valid - |

If they refund the second faulty one, I'll order two Belkins tomorrow and a few other bits. I'll follow up with an eNote, and keep fingers crossed.
