Would you *want* to be contacted by a customer with a problem? Who wants
problems they take time to resolve, time which these people would rather
spend surfing the net no doubt. Its not a question of these three wanting to
help you is more a question of having to help you but I bet if your problem
was a little more difficult to rectify then mine then you might not get the
same result but then again if they only get a small number of emails a week
because no one knows there email addresses maybe you will be helped.
