Certainly that's the usual response to the posts that go "Wow, I
ordered yesterday and it was delivered today" or "Order from this
super-fab site, it really is fantastic"

Most of the readers here know that most vendors are pretty good at
order fulfillment. The real test is how they respond when things go
wrong.

A post, accurately describing the sequence of events and responses
NEVER gets flamed.
