any amd is good for oc plus ur mobo is decent

I would look at the ASUS A7N8X-X and the 2500+ Barton with 512KB cache. You can run the FSB at 400MHz and set the CPU to 2600+ levels by overclocking. The motherboard would be more expensive than the A7V8X-X but the CPU is cheaper.
