Default Modern CPU's: Enhancement-type MOSFETS?


I remember reading that enhancement-type MOSFET's had faster switching
capabilities that DE MOSFET's. Are these the equivalent type of MOSFET's
used in modern CPU's?

pretty much. Although nowadays you get a menu of Vt from more or less
zero on up.
