Default Does your Windows XP's Device Manager show two monitors with an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro?

I have the AIW card (128 MB of RAM). Does your device manager show two
same monitors? Is this normal? I tried deleting both and rebooting, but
they both came back. :

Yes. Actually your card has an output for a second monitor and you could
hook one up.

Look at this thread from 12 sep 2003: catalyst 3,7 9500 pro dual
monitors became four.
I have the same problem in my device manager. It does not affect
performance though.

It really isn't a problem. You have two connectors, DVI and VGA, and can
use each to power a monitor. So the driver install is simply installing
drivers for each port.

If you go to "display manager" then click "advanced" then displays, you will
note that all monitors except the one you have attached are "X-ed out".

Hope that clears things up.
