Default NTFS - FAT32

Is it possible to convert or clone an NTFS boot disk to a FAT32 boot
disk and use it as though it had been created as FAT32?

You can convert FAT 32 files to NTFS, BUT you cannot convert NTFS files to
FAT 32.

FAT 32.

Unless you use a 3rd party utility such as partition magic...
to boot the system you may have to perform a boot sector repair afterwards

I am reading from the box of Partition Commander:

"convert NTFS to FAT or FAT32"

I installed it but it only lets you convert from FAT32 to NTFS.
