Default formatting RAID 0 drive (2X 160gig)

Hello,

I have an Asus A8V motherboard. I want to configure 2X160gig Sata Seagate
drives as RAID 0. In WinXp's Computer Management Console, I have two
options to choose from in formatting the drives -- either "Convert to Basic"
or "Convert to Dynamic".

Which is the best for RAID 0?

Thanks
Shane

If you are doing RAID 0 and your motherboard bios can do it why not
just let the bios handle the RAID array, it will be much faster than
the Windows option and will allow Windows to recognize it as one
volume.
