Default Best motherboard for tunable PCI Express lanes...

Greetings.

I am looking for a Pentium-based board with a PCI Express x16 slot
that can be tuned to use only x1, x2, x4 and x8 lanes. Before I
continue my research I thought I would ask if anyone else knows of
a good motherboard with these abilities. Thanks.

-Steve
