Trying to find RAM for my PC
Hi,
I'm trying to identify proper RAM modules for my PC. As I don't know much in this area, I'm looking for some help. My PC is an HP Pavilion a6140.be: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...roduct=3465139 It already has 2 modules (240 pin, DDR2 SDRAM) of 1GB with 2 banks available. My closest reseller sells Dane-Elec modules: http://www.dane-elec.fr/index.php?op...mid=30&lang=en From the 2 models describes on the site, which one should I pick? DDR2-533 (PC2-4200) DIMM Unbuffered DDR2-400/533 (PC2-3200/4200) DIMM Registered Thanks! Raph |

There are two sites on the Internet that can tell you exactly what type of RAM is compatible with your PC: (1) www.kingston.com (2) www.crucial.com They will usually list all models of PC's available.
