Default Converting PCL Commands into GDI calls

Here am trying to convert the PCL command into the GDI calls ,
The PCL command are as follows

fprintf(out1,"\033*p%dx%dY\033*c2A\033*c2930B\033* c0P\n",1,20);
fprintf(out1,"\033*p%dx%dY\033*c2A\033*c2930B\033* c0P\n",2335,20);
fprintf(out1,"\033*p%dx%dY\033*c2335A\033*c2B\033* c0P\n",1,20);
fprintf(out1,"\033*p%dx%dY\033*c2335A\033*c2B\033* c0P\n",1,2950);

It will print the rectangle on A4 size page.

I convert this into GDI calls

CDC pDC;
pDC.Rectangle(1,20,2335,2950);

and trying to print the rectangle it prints the half of the rectangle
only, the result not matches with PCL command results.

Can anyone help me.
