Default Software question

I just set up my webcam with streaming video. I am using Coffee Cup.
It works great, though I don"t like the delay. However, it only works
with Internet Explorere. My friends that have Macs can't see it using
Firefox or Safari.

Does anybody know of a program that I can use that can be seen on
Firefox and Safari?

The below pan/tilt cam uses webcam2000 and might work with the
Macs:
