Default upgrading a SOLO CORE Toshiba to DUAL CORE?

Hi everyone!

I've been reading in Wikipedia SOLO CORES are DUAL CORE processors with
one core severed but actually the same FSB, L2 Cache and so they even
have the same socket, the socket M. So is it possible to upgrade a
toshiba l100 (with solo core) to dual core?

I know that previous pentium M processors also had a socket M but
different and not compatible with the core brach, according to wikipedia
solo a duo core have the same socket M.

I would be grateful if someone can tell me more about this.
