EBuyer's Happy Hour .
Is this worth the e-mail it's written on .
I saw a laptop which was shown as having a reduction of 7% but only between 1100hrs and 1300 hrs today( The Happy Hour) but now it is still on sale at that price . Is this just a ploy to make you think items are being reduced or what .? S
