Default mpegs in media player zoomed in

Geforce4 MX integrated GPU
I installed a Tv as a second monitor (640x480 Standard monitor).
When I play an mpeg in my first monitor (1280x1024 Philips 180b) it shows
as if it zoomed in?

Regards,
Sjoerd
