Default Aria troubles - been 3 months

Hi,

I have been experiencing terrible customer service from Aria. For the past
3 months I have sent 6 emails to them which have been unanswered, and also
tried 'phoning them on several occasions but been unable to get through to
anybody.

The problem was with a dead motherboard that was returned and found to be
faulty. I received a replacement that I was happy with, but the postage I
was promised to be refunded was not given to me. Yes I know the postage, in
the grand scheme of things doesn't amount to much but it is very frustrating
not being able to talk to anyone in the company about this. It's cost me
more in 'phone bills than the postage itself trying to get in touch with
them!

If anyone from Aria can reply to this, please do.
Thanks,
Matt.

Just wanted to mention that they are legally obliged to refund return postage
for faulty goods (as well as having promised to do so).
