How can I tell if one port on my matrox g400 has failed?
Hello,
I am trying to get a second monitor working, but I have a feeling the problem may be with the g400 itself. One port on the g400 works but the other seems dead. Is there any way to test if a port has failed? I am running RedHat 9. The problem _could_ be in my XF86config. Thanks Zak

Ender, Matrox provides open source drivers for linux http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/dr...atest/home.cfm I also have a matrox G450 and on boot up, both monitors display the boot (bios POST... ) messages. Can anyone confirm that this happens on a matrox G400? Thanks Z
