Default Keyboard stopped working

I have the Logitech Cordless MX Duo and all of a sudden the keyboard and
mouse stopped working. I don't even get the basic functions because the keys
don't work during POST/startup screen. I tried it on another desktop
computer and it works. There's nothing with my ports because the computer
recognizes it there (there's no keyboard error during POST) and I
successfully tested them with another keyboard & mouse. I also noticed the F
Lock light on the base stays lit. Not sure if that means anything. How do I
get it working again???
