Default A7V333 and windows memory diagnostic

Hej
I have a problem with my A7V333 rev 2.0 and barton 2600+ bios 1017,
R9800Pro, Cheiftec 300-202, 2xHD, 1GB ram (3 slots)
this system goes uninterrupted a couple of time but sometimes crash (blank
screen, or vpu recover)
never crash with windows or prime95 only in games but i sad i can play 3-4
hours with no problem
this is one test that makes crash - Windows memory diagnostiv test number 6.
Its really interessting thing only this test shows problem - and only on fsb
166MHz.
Is this so that this test makes problem with this mobo or is only with me?
Roy

As was suggested to me with my problems, you might want to have a look at
http://www.memtest86.com/ and download the memory testing utility. It is
very thorough.
