Default IE Home Page

I have IE and have been having problems changing home page! I was a
prior COMCAST user and recently changed to Bell South, for some reason I
cannot change home page, it always reverts back to COMCAST. Can anyone
give me a tip or two. I have gone to the page and selected it as home
page, I have gone to Bell South and also selected it as home page, I
have deleted cookies, files and all and yet it keeps going back to
COMCAST home page. I just don't understand it but have no problem with
Mozilla. Any suggestions

Lee
